I visited York when I was 25 weeks pregnant. Despite a growing list of worries, aches & pains related to my pregnancy I was determined I could cope physically & mentally. The 30-minute treatment I received went beyond relaxation – I found it easy to ‘zone out’ in the warm & secure environment Tracey created & felt very connected to my baby. I felt refreshed & energised & friends commented that my posture became more ‘open’. I continued to receive Distant Reiki from Tracey during my pregnancy. Distant Reiki...
I was in quite a lot of pain when Tracey offered to send me Reiki. I sat quietly with my hand on the area & thought of Tracey; I almost talked to her! I felt very relaxed during the 30-minute treatment. The pain didn’t go immediately, but after 3-4 times of asking for Reiki I realised I was pain free.
